Knowledge is power by Athulya Raj, X E

Athulya Raj. KP, X E

“A wise man has great power and a man of knowledge increases strength.”, says the famous writer Francis Bacon. Another possible meaning of this phrase can be foundin philosophical idealism – if the world exists solely as the content of conciousness, then knowledge itself can be used to manipulate the content of reality.

But when it comes to practical life, no doubt, knowledge is power. The person who understands himself and other humans get along better with others, understands how to care for others, knows how to get respect for himself, knows how to learn and teach and understands any number of things that can make his life better. As students our prime duty is to pursue knowledge. We have to make use of the opportunities before us and transform into a better human being with the unlimited power of knowledge.
